1) Internet Services
After 1 year of tenure, Work Better Now will contribute towards your internet costs if your connection is lower than 50 mbs.

2) Tech Equipment
For staff with a minimum 6-month tenure, Work Better Now will contribute towards the purchase of tech equipment such as wireless mouse and keyboards, HD cameras, monitor brackets, monitors, etc. up to a maximum of 50USD. This amount will be deposited in your next salary payment, and after you purchase said equipment, you’ll need to email the receipt to our Senior Project Manager.
For staff with over 12 months of tenure Work Better Now will provide tech equipment, up to a maximum of 100 USD. This includes monitors, monitor bracket, wireless mouse and keyboard, HD camera, tripod, headphones, laptop stand, USB hub, etc. This amount will be deposited in your next salary payment, and after you purchase said equipment, you’ll need to email the receipt to our Senior Project Manager.

3) Office Equipment
For staff with over 12 months of tenure Work Better Now will provide a desk or office chair up to a maximum of 150 USD. This amount will be deposited in your next salary payment, and after you purchase said equipment, you’ll need to email the receipt to our Senior Project Manager.

4) Interest free loan to purchase a laptop.
Work Better Now will provide a maximum of $600 USD interest free loan for WBN staff with 6-month tenure or more, to purchase a laptop.
A maximum of 6 monthly payments of $100 USD will be deducted from your monthly salary. If you are enrolled in the by-weekly payroll, 12 installments of $50 USD will be deducted from each payment.
If you would like to arrange a different payment schedule to repay the loan in less than 6 months, please speak to our finance team and they will help you to set this up.
You will be asked to provide a receipt for the laptop purchase.
