Following our initial call, you’ll receive an email confirming the job description and next steps. Once approved, we’ll notify our recruitment team to start sourcing three candidates from our pool for your review.
Our team will carefully review your requirements to create a profile for the ideal remote professional (RP) and pre-select the top 3-4 candidates that best match your needs.
Your client consultant will lead a virtual call where you’ll have the chance to interview 3-4 candidates individually, each for 20 minutes, within a single hour. If you connect with the right match, you can move forward with hiring. Want a closer look? Feel free to request second interviews with top candidates. If it’s not quite the right fit, we’ll refine the search based on your feedback.
Once you’ve made your hire, we’ll assist with setting up the payment method and finalizing the hiring agreement. Your new RP will continue to be supported by their dedicated WBN Success Coach. You’ll manage their daily tasks and pay WBN a flat monthly fee. Your client consultant will remain your point of contact, and the Success Coach will step in for any adjustments needed to maintain a successful partnership.
